Dean began his career in public accounting before earning an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He was recruited to Ford Motor Company’s leadership develop program, within which Dean rotated through analytic and planning roles before managing Ford’s worldwide fraud investigation team. In 2001, Dean joined Giant Bicycle, Inc. as the North American Controller, located in California, before he transitioned to mortgage banking with Countrywide Home Loans. Dean held multiple leadership roles including the controllership of Countrywide’s international businesses and Senior Vice President, Business Systems and Reporting with the company’s Correspondent Lending Division. In 2008, Dean was recruited by Karl Storz Endoscopy-America as Controller and quickly rose to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2016, Dean joined a private equity-backed company in the dental lab space as Chief Financial Officer, where he teamed with the CEO to build the company and position it with potential investors.
Dean joined OSI Systems in April of 2018 and is responsible for worldwide accounting, external reporting, treasury, SEC reporting, internal controls and taxes. Other responsibilities include: managing OSI’s relationships with its outside auditors and risk management functions. He is also responsible for screening of acquisition targets, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Dr. Prakash L Dheeriya is a Professor of Finance at California State University Dominguez Hills. He has published several papers in the area of international stock markets, their linkages, corporate finance and entrepreneurship. His current research is on linkages between bitcoin prices, gold prices and equity prices. He is an accomplished children’s book author, having published 20 books in the “Finance for Kidz” series, and 15 in the “Law for Kidz” series. Dr Prakash is a big proponent of children’s financial literacy, and is in development stages of creating an ETF “KIDZ”, that will comprise of companies catering to children.
In his spare time, Dr. Prakash is completing a science fiction-crime thriller-love story, which will convert, hopefully, into a blockbuster movie.

Sunny Donenfeld is the Senior Associate Dean for Finance & Administration and CFO at the USC Marshall School of Business. He is responsible for the school’s finance, budget, human resources, information technology and facilities functions. Donenfeld also manages the school’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining USC, Donenfeld was the Associate Dean for Administration at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He began his career in IT at Stanford University, where he worked in a number of positions of increasing responsibility.
Donenfeld earned a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Area Studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He served on the executive committee of the board of the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, and he enjoys hiking and travel.

Since August 2016, Ann has been the CAO/Controller of Encore Capital Group, Inc. (Encore), a leading provider of debt management and recovery solutions for consumers and property owners across a broad range of assets. Prior to Encore, Ann was the Controller for the Leasing and Asset Division of MUFG Union Bank, which specialized in alternative energy tax products and the financing of large ticket items worldwide. Ann’s career also included working at General Motors (after it had filed bankruptcy) on critical leasing, revenue recognition, and consolidation projects.
Ann has been an active speaker for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and was considered a national subject matter expert (SME) in leasing and off-balance sheet financing during her nine years in PwC’s national office in Transaction Services. Her audit experience was primarily in the financial services division of BDO Seidman, LLP where she began her career in public accounting with her client base focused on start-ups.

Lori Hicks is Vice President of International Accounting for 20thCentury Fox. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing worldwide financial reporting for the 20th Century Fox Theatrical business. She is successfully transforming the Fox International Accounting function to a first class operation by increasing financial accountability and visibility, reducing dependencies and dramatically improving processes.
Lori joined Fox in 2007 as a leader in the Fox Corporate Group and has since progressed through positions of increasing responsibility from Director of Accounting to Executive Director of Accounting and was appointed Vice President Worldwide Accounting in 2015.
She has more than 20 years of financial experience with a track record of driving financial success in a global entertainment environment across different divisions. Prior to Fox, she was an accounting manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment in the Domestic TV division and before Sony, she worked at Warner Bros in Technical Operations.
Lori has a passion for music and started her studies at California State University at Northridge as a music major before changing her major to business. She earned her MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also works at Santa Monica College as an Adjunct Accounting Professor. Lori is an avid runner and lives in Los Angeles with her husband of 27 years. She has three children and three dogs.

Arianna Ozzanto is chief financial officer of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists). Responsible for all financial affairs and strategy, she also sits on the strategic executive committee and oversees all finance, accounting, investment, payroll, membership, real estate matters and customer service functions. Previously, Ozzanto served as Screen Actors Guild’s chief financial officer and has held various corporate finance positions at WellPoint, Inc. and 20th Century Fox.

Other senior management positions include NBC News Digital, Torstar and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Prior food and beverage experience includes corporate finance and business analysis roles at H.J. Heinz Company and Kraft Foods.
