Anil is SVP (Director) for the Digital Transformation focusing on delivery of the Digital channels for Citi. Anil is leading the multi-year strategic digital programs to transform the customer experience, migrate customers to Digital channels and accelerate the modernization of the technology for mobile and online platforms. He is also spearheading the transition of the online platform from Legacy to newer technology using cloud and APIs. Since joining Citi, Anil led many strategic initiatives in the digital space and held various key roles in engineering and delivery space across the different regions in Citi. Some of the notable ones are; creating engineering lab, launching hybrid mobile app in Brazil market, creating global apps which can be reused across the different geographies and implementation of the content frameworks. Anil also led the first time implementation of the agile process in Citi for web application way back in 2006.
Before joining Citi, Anil worked in various industries including retail and Insurance heading the web applications groups. Anil holds bachelor degree in engineering from India and lives with his wife and two sons in Dallas, Texas.

For the past eight years, Amy has focused on maximizing the ability of media to grow brand value and drive revenue through omni- and multi-channel programs. In particular, she enjoys the opportunity to connect brand communications activity from first touch and awareness through to conversion, repeat and loyalty without restriction of “traditional” or “digital” media silos.
In Amy’s tenure at La Quinta, she has had the opportunity to touch both operations and marketing functions through diverse roles in revenue management, electronic distribution, project management, marketing analytics, brand management and media. The ability to create value through the development and definition of new roles and job functions is a tremendous challenge and an opportunity to ensure an “always-on” approach to learning.
Prior to La Quinta, Amy was a key development partner for the Red Lion corporate revenue management practice. Previous to that engagement, she held several resort and full-service hotel operations management positions with Red Lion, Sheraton and Holiday Inn that focused on front office operations and food and beverage management.

Prior joining MoneyGram, Youri worked for 10 years in various digital transformation start-ups in the US dedicated to financial inclusion or mobile payments. Before, Youri spent 15 years with Gemalto, a leader in digital security, both in Europe and the in US.

Damian Delgado has over 25 years’ experience in the Digital space. He has worked in various leadership roles in consulting firms and retail based business. Most recently he worked for TXU Energy the largest retail electricity provider in the country, leading the Digital support channel for 9+ years he was responsible for overall online customer experience, site quality assurance and online sales and service support. For the last year he has been at Rent-A-Center the largest rent to own retailer in north America with 3,000+ stores in the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. At Rent-A-Center he leads the Digital Experience team focusing on online sales conversion, customer retention and overall site quality assurance.

Michelle DeVore is Vice President of eCommerce at Aerus Holdings where she oversees the online strategy for a portfolio of brands, including AllergyBuyersClub.com and The Pure Company – the group’s newest brand, launching later this year. Responsible for site optimization, site traffic, onsite promotions, email programming and content development, she is on a daily mission to understand the shopper journey.
Before joining Aerus in October 2017, Michelle was Director of Digital Marketing at Commemorative Brands, supporting the digital transformation of the Balfour and ArtCarved brands.
Prior to that, Michelle held several marketing roles in her more than 10 years at The Neiman Marcus Group. Most recently, she was Director of eCommerce Marketing, Neiman Marcus, where she was responsible for strategic digital partnerships, email programming, marketing automation, mobile app marketing, international marketing and brand promotions. During her time at Neiman Marcus, Michelle drove marketing efforts for all five of the company’s brands: Neiman Marcus, CUSP, Horchow, Bergdorf Goodman and Last Call. She developed omnichannel marketing campaigns, supported the opening of more than 15 stores/shops, worked to launch the online outlet LastCall.com, and developed strategic partnerships with brands like Alice+Olivia, Burberry, CHANEL and Rent the Runway.
Michelle graduated from Baylor University with a degree in fashion merchandising and lives in Dallas with her husband and 2.5 year old son.

With almost 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry Ewers created and launched the Catering Business Model for On The Border in 1993 and worked with multiple brands during her time with Brinker International supporting up to 8 brands with consulting and at one point directed a newly created branch coined Brinker Catering offering 6 brands in a centralized fashion. Most recently worked with Dickey’s Barbecue on Sales & Deployment as well consulted 2 Major Brands with their Off Premise approach to market. She has a proven track record of increasing sales and profits year over year. The Off Premise channel has continued to fuel growth for the brand under the platform she created and is garnering north of $40M in annual sales.

Amir Ghodrati is the Director of Market Insights at App Annie. He is responsible for analyzing mobile industry trends and offering customers and prospects with actionable insights to help them run better app businesses. Prior to App Annie, Amir was a Senior Client Service Analyst at comScore, Inc., where he offered analysis services to digital media clients across a variety of industries, including search, advertising and e-commerce. Amir holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and a Master's from Duke University.

Margaret is the Customer Experience Officer at American National Bank of Texas (ANBTX) and is tasked with transforming ANBTX’s customer experience across the organization. This unique opportunity is key to ANBTX success as a “Community Bank in a Digital World” and is focused on developing consistent, customer-centric omni-channel experiences.
Prior to joining ANBTX in October, Margaret spent 25 years at USAA in multiple roles within the company. Starting as an Investment Advisor, Margaret helped create and develop the High Net Worth Program where she managed a team of Wealth Advisors and Brokers. She transitioned to Project Management leading teams that helped deliver a variety of strategic initiatives—from new investment products to online Mutual Fund and Retirement Planning tools to integrating Turbo Tax into the Tax Center.
Over the past decade, Margaret has worked in Strategy and Customer Experience, Channel Management, Marketing, and Leads Generation. She led USAA’s Optimization Team building the methodology and showing the power of using data and continuous testing to make better business decisions. Additionally, she worked on many marketing campaigns as well as supported several website improvements across USAA’s digital platforms to enhance member experiences and brand positioning
Margaret attended the University of Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is a Certified Usability Analyst. She currently lives in Rockwall, Texas with her husband of 23 years and her three sons—a junior attending the University of North Texas and twin high school seniors.

Erik Johnson is the Vice President of Marketing Technology for ClubCorp and is responsible for the digital marketing strategies, technologies and content for all of the company’s 200-plus country, business and alumni clubs and the corporate office. Prior to ClubCorp, Erik served as General Manager of Sabre’s Cubeless product, an enterprise social networking platform, and Director of Interactive Strategy for The Dallas Morning News, where his team doubled the property's user base in less than a year and led to the development and launch of two social networking sites for the media company. Erik also built the teams that were responsible for consumer traffic and user experience for Verizon's SuperPages.com online yellow pages site, a property that grew to be one of the thirty most-visited web sites in the world, and Bank of America Direct, Bank of America’s first Internet-based banking access platform.

Todd Koch serves as vice president, strategy and business development for Greyhound Lines, Inc. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company as well as responsibility for digital channels and onboard products. Koch is heavily focused on customer engagement strategies across all customer journey touch points including innovation in sales channels, service design, product improvements, developing value added services, and monetizing existing products and services.
After joining the company in 2010 as the director of business planning and transformation, Koch led the financial planning and analysis group as well as the ongoing business transformation process.
Koch has more than 15 years of experience in the transportation sector previously holding roles in customer services planning, route performance strategy and revenue management at American Airlines.
Directly prior to joining Greyhound, he was the director of financial planning and analysis for Centex in Dallas, Texas, where he facilitated company-wide short and long term business planning, merger and acquisition planning, as well as companywide land ownership strategies.
Koch earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

As an early pioneer in the digital marketing and e-commerce space, Jim McDonald served as one of Yahoo’s first pay-per-click advertisers when the platform was known as Goto.com. Fast forward 2 decades, Jim is Passionate about the paradigm shift from a Service Economy to an Experience Economy, specifically: 1) how the internet and technology have served as catalysts to surface up the collective Experience of customers and 2) how these collective experiences become the foundation for all modern branding efforts.
A natural left and right-brained thinker, Jim has worked in creative, technical, and marketing roles in disparate industries and organizations including Match.com, Verizon, and a handful of Tech Startups. With an MBA from UTD, and an Advertising undergraduate degree from Texas Tech, Jim currently serves as CMO at Pacific Union Financial, a top-10 private mortgage lender in the Dallas area, and is writing a book on the Experience Economy.

Rebecca Wooters is the head of Global Cards CX Digital and Journey Strategy for Citi Cards and Cross LOB responsible for leading Customer Experience by driving Customer loyalty and engagement through a cross-channel strategy with a focus on the shift to Digital, primarily Mobile. Her role is responsible for leading the evolution of the Cards Servicing Journeys
overall digital experience across mobile apps, messaging and browser experiences as well as taking an omni channel approach, and owning full end to end product accountabilities across channel and dimensions (people, process, policy, technology). Leveraging a customer-centric, data informed process, the team has several key areas of focus: digital analytics and performance, core digital and omni channel experiences for a specific product set, and setting the standards and practices that will accelerate digital & customer experience innovation across Cards globally. Implementation of projects which influence progress is ensured through a team who leads governance standards, formal project prioritization and customer launch readiness informed by Customer insights and benchmarking as well as journey decomposition of Customer “moments of truth.”
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and her MBA from University of Texas at Dallas.
In 2014, Rebecca was named Dallas Top 25 Women in Business as well as named McKinney’s Top Women in business in 2011 for her contributions both to the non-profit and corporate community.
In 2013, Rebecca was featured in Dallas Child’s Mom Next Door for her extensive volunteer work for the American Lung Association in addition to balancing the life of Mom and business woman.
Rebecca is the President of the leadership board for the American Lung Association. In 2009, Rebecca was honored as “Volunteer of the Year” for her volunteer efforts.
