Katie joined Gordon Food Service ( GFS ) in September of 2012 as Chief Accounting Officer. This is a newly created role at GFS and encompasses the following key departments: Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Tax, Risk Management, Payroll, Shared Services: AP/AR/Vendor Receivables, and Treasury Services (Cash Management).
Prior to joining GFS, Katie served as Chief Financial Officer for Turtle Wax, Inc. a privately held 75 year+ company located in Willowbrook, Illinois. Additionally, Katie spent 13 1/2 years with PepsiCo, Inc. (Pepsi Americas, Inc.) leading finance in the bottling and distribution segment as the Vice President, Finance for the Food Service segment. Katie’s progressive career at Pepsi began in the Tax division in 1998, then to Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Business Unit Financial leader as the VP Finance/Foodservice. Prior to Pepsi, Katie’s experience include 7 years at the Northern Trust Corporation in Chicago, Illinois and in Public Accounting at Grant Thornton CPA’s in Tampa, Florida and Chicago, Illinois.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Spanish (high honors) from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Illinois and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois
Katie speaks fluent Spanish, with additional language skills in both French and German. A native of Chicagoland, Katie has served AHYAA (Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association) board member and cheer coach prior to moving to Michigan.
Currently, Katie serves as Chair of the Professional Development Committee to Womens Foodservice Forum at GFS, where she works to mentor young women professionals in career progression in the foodservice industry. Katie also serves on the Board of the City of Wyoming,Michigan Business Development.

Julie Copple is a Regional Vice President of Sales at Corcentric, a provider of cloud-based financial process automation solutions. Julie joined the company in 2017 and brings over 20 years of business experience, including 10 years of software experience with some of the largest and most respected software companies in the US including ADP, Concur, SAP and Coupa. Julie has helped numerous companies realize cost-savings and efficiencies by collaborating with them on software solutions that help them streamline and automate financial processes. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University.

Sherry DeMeulenaere is EVP, CFO, and Treasurer of OSI Group, LLC. OSI Group, LLC is a global food processor servicing quick service restaurants, retail and food service distributors. Sherry joined OSI Group, LLC in March 2008 as the VP Treasurer, responsible for global treasury and risk management as well as domestic AP, AR and payroll. In March 2014, Sherry was promoted to EVP and CFO adding accounting and tax to her Treasury responsibilities.
Prior to OSI, Sherry was with OfficeMax as Assistant Treasurer starting in May 2005 with the responsibility of setting up the Treasury function for the business being spun off from Boise Cascade. From June 1998 to May 2005 Sherry held a number of positions at Baxter International managing international treasury, domestic cash management, foreign exchange, and leading the integration team for the JD Edwards installation at all the domestic business units. Over a thirteen year career at Kraft Foods Sherry held various positions in operations finance, strategy, financial planning, acquisitions, and integrations and served on plant optimization teams. At Motorola, Sherry evaluated new ventures and technology, was a financial analyst for the Government Electronic and Semi-Conductor businesses and managed the capital budgeting process.
She is a Director on the captive insurance company board and several joint ventures in Asia. She has also served for 29 years in various capacities on the board for a not-for-profit day care center servicing Elk Grove Township.
Sherry graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.

Constance joined Chicago Parts & Sound as Chief Financial Officer in 2016. Chicago Parts & Sound is an exclusive distributor of automotive parts and accessories for Ford and General Motors. In addition to managing the finance organization, Constance leads the strategic planning and budgeting process for the company’s business units. Constance has served as a CFO for over ten years in privately-held companies, reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. She was also the Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian operation for three years. Constance is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.

David Seth Feierstein is Vice President of Global Transformation at Diversey. He joins the organization to head up and lead the Transformation Office and the organizations Zero-Based Budgeting initiative. His qualifications over the course of his career include global roles in transformation at NCR Corporation to Global Head of Zero Based Budgeting, CAPEX and Working Capital at Kraft Heinz. David was instrumental in the Kraft integration and Heinz transformation delivering over $550 million in SG&A cost savings during his tenure and setting the combined company up to deliver an additional $1.5 billion in cost savings. Additionally, David worked at Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Natural Resources groups. David is a thought leader, avid industry speaker and continues to serve as an advisor to multiple companies including those owned by large private equity funds on the topic of Zero-Based Budgeting.

John Graham is the Cyber Product Manager for North American Commercial Insurance, Chubb Insurance. He is responsible for the underwriting and management of cyber products within Chubb’s Property & Casualty division. John first joined Chubb in 2000 and was a Sr. Information and Technology Specialist prior to his current role. John has been a contributing member of the Insurance Services Office Cyber and eCommerce Panels, the American Insurance Association Cyber Working Group and the Dept. of Homeland Security Cyber Incident Data and Analysis Working Group. John is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals and carries the CPCU and AAI insurance designations. John has developed and instructed Continuing Education courses on E&O and Cybersecurity and is a frequent panelist at various cyber industry events. John is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration and has 30 years of insurance industry experience.

Lolita Hines is the Assistant VP for Finance and Administration of University Technology at Case Western Reserve University. She has been with the University since 2006 and has held positions of Director of Finance and Planning, and Special Assistant to the Chief Financial Administrative Officer. As a direct report to the Chief Information Officer, Lolita provides planning and oversight in the development of strategic initiatives and directs financial, human resource and facilities planning for the division. She serves on the University’s Supplier Diversity Initiative Council, Diversity Leadership Council and Health Advisory Council.
Prior to her work at the University, Lolita held positions in public accounting, corporate finance, and residential and commercial construction management.
Lolita has served on several boards, including Citizens Leadership Academy, Beachwood Schools Foundation, Consortium of African American Organizations, Antioch Baptist Church and the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Lolita received a Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University and is a certified public accountant.

As a finance veteran and expert in cloud-based initiatives, Rob speaks frequently to finance leaders regarding best practices in planning, forecasting, and analysis; he also speaks to CFOs sharing insight into how cloud-based corporate performance management (CPM) can drive competitive advantage. Prior to his financial management roles, Rob was a consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

As Vice President of the INVOICE Product Group, his focus is driving the business vision, product strategy, and sales of the INVOICE suite. Dan has over 30 years of management, and systems integration, and business experience, the last 12 of which he has worked with and managed multiple AP organizations for clients. He received a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.

James Edward Johnson leads global procurement operations, risk management, and analysis at Nielsen, overseeing $2.7B of spend across more than 100 countries. James began his career as a corporate lawyer cleaning up the mess at a telecom embroiled in the fall-out from the collapses of Enron and WorldCom. He then worked in corporate finance for ten years before bringing his unique background to procurement. In recent years, he has been a major driver in transforming procurement at Nielsen from a tactical cost cutting unit into a strategic partner that drives commercial value and positive brand image.

Roy Nicholson is a Principal in Grant Thornton’s Business Advisory Services team. He specializes in the area of Technology Strategy and implementation and advises Grant Thornton clients on how technology can be used to create new market opportunities in addition to optimizing existing operational processes.
At Grant Thornton, he has helped the business establish its Digital Transformation practice that supports clients in achieving operational effectiveness, improved customer engagement and identification of new business models through the application of digital technology. Particular areas of focus include Cloud Strategy development and execution, Application Modernization, Process Automation through the enablement of a Digital Workforce and Digital Ideation & Innovation Management.
Roy has significant experience in helping clients developing enterprise application strategies and subsequently supporting the successful execution of those strategies. He has had a focus on enabling process improvements around digital content management in addition to process and workflow automation. He has also led multiple product development efforts for his employers in addition to helping clients bring new digitally enabled product and service offerings to market.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Roy was Vice President of Professional Services and General Manager for the Life Sciences Business Unit at EMC’s Enterprise Content Division and prior to that was a Partner within IBM Global Business Services. He joined IBM through the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
Roy has experience of working in Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector and Financial Services industries.

Aurelie Richard is the Senior Vice President of People Strategy and Organization Development at Schneider Electric.
Aurelie Richard joined Schneider Electric in 2003 at the corporate offices in Paris, France where she held several positions before moving to the United States in 2007. Aurelie held several executive positions developing the business at Schneider Electric in the past 10 years, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Government Affairs for Schneider Electric North America and Senior Vice President of Strategy for the Buildings Efficiency business of Schneider Electric.
Since 2015, Aurelie has been leading the culture, leadership and human resources transformations at Schneider Electric. In her current role, Aurelie is defining and implementing strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain talent at Schneider, and to develop a culture of learning and innovation.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Aurelie built up her experience with a 9-year tenure with Ernst & Young in France and in the United States working on international assignments.
Her education consists of an under-graduate degree in accounting and finance, a CPA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from School of Management in Lyon, France. She also holds a certification in Organization and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University.
