Ian Charles is a strategic CFO with broad financial experience and a passion for building businesses.
Ian has more than 15 years of experience in senior Finance roles. Prior to joining Host Analytics, Ian was CEO at IMC Capital partners where he led many successful software investments and advised technology startups in strategic development and financial analysis. Prior to that, Ian was CFO at RMG Networks, a digital media firm backed by Kleiner Perkins that grew rapidly and executed multiple acquisitions to establish a leadership position in Digital Out of Home media.
Before RMG Networks, Ian was a Founder and CFO at Rex & Co, SVP of Corporate Development for UNX, and Vice President and Equity Research Analyst for SG Cowen. He started his career as Director of Corporate Development for AOL Time Warner, leading new acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Ian comes to Host Analytics via The Brenner Group, and advises leading startups including Skava and Joyent. Ian holds an MBA in Finance from The University of San Francisco. He also competes in triathlons and enjoys cooking and sailing.

Mr. Amath Fall joined FleetPride in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Amath Fall comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the distribution business. Over his career, he held several management and executive positions in many companies of various sizes and industries where he managed various functions including Accounting and Finance, Operations, and Information Technology. Before FleetPride, Amath Fall was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. Prior to Ryan Herco, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Performance Team Freight Systems, Vice-President planning of Nashfinch Co., and Vice-President planning of AmeriCold Logistics. Amath Fall’s extensive experience in Finance and distribution operations has enabled him to be a business transformation agent for the companies he worked for.
Mr. Fall earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Nebraska. He is an active Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Joe Hanlon has for the past year been the CFO for the Bank of Montreal’s Transportation Finance unit based in Dallas, Texas. His responsibilities include Financial Planning, Controllership, and Pricing for this $9B portfolio of truck and trailer leases and loans. Joe was previously the CFO for GE Capital Equipment Finance. Joe spent 29 years with GE in a series of finance roles in Credit, Controllership, Pricing, and M&A before performing divisional CFO roles in leveraged lending and equipment leasing/lending.
Joe is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program, has is MBA from the University of Connecticut, and is a graduate of Fairfield University.
