2018 Chief Financial Officer Leadership Forum
Why You Should Attend!
The influence of today’s Chief Financial Officers extends well beyond the realm of finance. Companies increasingly expect CFOs to demonstrate not only financial acumen but also the ability to partner with other departments and other business units to identify opportunities to improve their companies’ overall performance.
Beyond reporting on past financial results, today’s CFO works closely with senior leadership to balance strategic goals and operational requirements to develop a comprehensive approach to planning for a company’s future.
To explore how finance leaders adapt as their responsibilities expand, Argyle Executive Forum is bringing together CFOs and other finance executives for our annual Chief Financial Officer Leadership Forum in Atlanta.
Throughout a full day of thought leadership content and networking, this invitation-only forum provides finance executives with unique opportunities to learn from one another about how to meet the most pressing challenges they face today.
With an agenda geared to Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers, Controllers, and Treasurers, as well as executives in leadership roles in finance, accounting, and FP&A, this forum will feature thought-provoking and engaging sessions on critical issues that include:
- How CFOs lead their finance teams to broaden their skills beyond reporting on past financial results to establish overarching performance goals, as well as develop plans to achieve and exceed them
- How CFOs extend their influence beyond finance by establishing partnerships with human resources, sales, IT, and other areas of their companies
- How CFOs prepare their companies for economic, regulatory, and political developments that will have the greatest impact on how they do business
Our keynote presentations, fireside chats, panel discussions, and networking sessions will provide you with ideas and best practices you can share within your organization. This forum also offers you a unique opportunity to expand your network by connecting with senior finance leaders hailing from Atlanta and beyond. We look forward to hosting you!
