Mike currently serves as CIO for CROSSMARK, a leading provider of sales and marketing services for the consumer goods industry. In addition to his role at CROSSMARK, Mike also serves on numerous technology and industry advisory boards and donates his time to nonprofits that benefit the development of our future workforce in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. When Mike is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, coaching youth football and basketball, adding to his collection of mobile apps, and spending time exploring the world with his wife and four children.

Hugh Arif is a Director & Industry Solutions Architect in AT&T’s Channel Marketing organization. With the advent of the Connected Factory and Connected Fleet & Assets digital transformation initiatives, his primary focus is to be a “trusted advisor” to enterprise customers on their strategies: by understanding their challenges, leveraging technology and assisting them with innovative solutions for meeting business priorities. Hugh is passionate for finding new ways to help his customers with the understanding that IoT and predictive analytics, ubiquitous mobile devices, cloud and virtualization, global security impacts and software-centric virtualized networks are impacting almost all levels of businesses processes and IT architectures. He brings 30+ years of experience in manufacturing; industrial automation; U.S. government & aerospace; heavy engineering and construction for oil & gas; and the chemical process industry.
Hugh understands well the business tranformation of our lifetimes that is currently underway and the imperative for his customers to comprehend and react to this. His focus is on this fundamental shift to create new monetization and operational efficiency opportunities for growth and cost reduction, in new market adjacencies, and in end-customer services and product development.
Utilizing AT&T’s market-leading solutions from the IoT ecosystem, Hugh provides advice on plant-floor applications using IoT devices, software-defined networks, cloud-based services for data flow and storage, analytics for condition- based monitoring and prognostic health management, data visualization, and the increasingly crucial considerations of enterprise and plant-floor security.
Prior to joining AT&T, Hugh spent over 11 years with Cisco Systems in its Global Government Solutions Group advocating IP architectures to the satellite industry for replacing proprietary standards and closed-end solutions. With Cisco’s Advanced Services organization he led the proactive and reactive IT services delivery efforts to Cisco IT, a global group that supported over 70,000 employees.
Hugh has over 30 years of vertical domain expertise, having worked in IT (with Cisco and AT&T); industrial automation (with Rockwell Automation) for manufacturing customer Goodyear; US government aerospace R&D (NASA Glenn Research Center and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center); heavy engineering and construction in the energy/petrochemical sector (Fluor); and in the chemical process industry (with Exxon Chemicals Asia Pacific).
Hugh has 17 technical publications and is certified for CISSP, CCNA, PMP and ITILv3. He has a MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo.

Sai Billanuka is the VP of Technology, US Direct Tax at Thomson Reuters. US Direct Tax provides the market leading, software-as-a-service tax compliance and reporting platform, for both Fortune 5000 corporations, principally multi-nationals, and the world’s largest public accounting firms. In this capacity, he leads a team of more than 200 software engineers, tax analysts and technical operations staff that develops and manage the technology platforms and applications used worldwide to assemble data, calculate global tax liabilities, book estimated tax liabilities for financial reporting, complete tax returns and file with U.S. Federal government and all 50 states.
Of his 20 years in the technology engineering business Mr. Billanuka has spent the last 10 years taking global geographically dispersed teams and transforming them into functional software delivery organizations. Mr. Billanuka works equally well at both at the executive level, planning and structuring the organization, as well as diving into the details where clarity is needed. He had also been recognized by Thomson Reuters as an innovator and has received numerous “Awards of Excellence” for his significant achievements. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Mr. Billanuka worked in startup technology ventures and in the New York Financial industry.

In 2015, Mike made the transition to corporate IT in the Financial Services industry. In this role, Mike is Head of Enterprise Applications. His portfolio of application domains includes ECM, CRM, Enterprise Workflow, Correspondence, e-Discovery, and Customer Experience. Karl has worked in the Information Management and Information Technology field for the past 20 years. He started his career in the telecommunications industry building experience in project management, business analysis and information compilation. He spent many years in consulting driving large, complex global Information Management implementations where his roles consisted of development, analysis, project management, delivery owner and various levels of enterprise architecture. Throughout his career, he gained the opportunity through acquisitions and mergers to architect and lead multiple system consolidations. He has experience in the following industries: Apparel, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Sales & Marketing, Retail Channel Management, Energy Trading, Insurance, Government, Banking & Finance, Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Retail, & Rent to Own.
In his current position he is leading a digital transformation of the application and information spaces. His multiple teams cover areas encompassing Point of Sale, Ecommerce, Mobile, MDM, the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Quality, Data Services, Architecture & Governance, and Project Delivery. The teams and the processes that Karl builds follow a formula of always looking for continuous improvement and an innovative, out of the box means of delivering business objectives. Karl continues to be a mentor and thought leader in how businesses can best leverage what information they have to drive the competitive advantages they need.

Mickey leads the worldwide Enterprise IT Transformation Advisors team for IBM Global Technology Services. He is an IBM Fellow and Chief Architect responsible for designing word class IT infrastructure management systems for IBM's largest clients, which represent the foundation of our global economy across several industry sectors.
The majority of IBM GTS Enterprise clients are running IT Optimization solutions designed by Mickey. He has filed 30 patents and was appointed IBM Master Inventor for contributions to development of ground breaking services technology and intellectual capital.
Mickey led the development of the ‘Enterprise IT as a Service’ solution design approach for IBM, and has successfully launched it with several enterprise clients across the globe. He has also published externally on this topic and is a frequent speaker at several external industry, client and analyst events on this topic.

He has held leadership roles at BellSouth/ATT, Sprint, EarthLink and SAP. He also is the co-founder of the Atlanta Technology Professionals which is one of the largest non-profit trade groups in the nation that also provides charitable giving to disadvantaged kids for career paths in technology. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is a public transit agency located in Dallas, Texas, operates in 13-member cities with modern public transit services and customer facilities. Mr. Pydimarri has the overall responsibility of Data within DART. He manages the Business Intelligence, Database Administration, Enterprise Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Enterprise Application Integration teams within DART’s Technology department.

With over two decades of experience leading change, Bob has been involved in all aspects technology including system design, software development, process improvement, and cloud-based implementations. Bob provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative and secure information technology environment that supports Corgan’s goals.
He holds certifications from PMI (Project Management Institute) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation for IT service management and is a licensed architect in Texas and Michigan. As a young child, Andy Ulrich discovered and was delighted by the fact that, by simply pushing buttons on a telephone keypad, he could nearly instantly cause a random person half a world away to stand up and walk to their telephone. (His parents were not amused.) Thus began a lifelong interest in telecommunications and IT. His nearly 30 years of experience includes a career in the US Army, culminating in a role as the operations chief of NATO’s information security organization, and his most recent previous job as the CISO for MoneyGram. He currently heads the security program for Ericsson in the Americas from Plano, TX.
