She implements policies and procedures that build and sustain a successful digital business, modernize GSU’s infrastructure and drive transformational change. She has extensive industry experience having worked in both the private and public sector and her passion is on process improvement, process re-engineering and implementing sound IT governance models across the Georgia State University campus.

Bill joined American Financial Resources in June 2015 where he oversees Technology and Marketing and also serves as the Executive Vice President for their Technology Services division (Lendersoft a wholly owned subsidiary of AFR). Bill has over 25 years in financial services in a variety of leadership roles in areas such as sales, operations, project management, ecommerce, retail banking, consumer and mortgage lending as well as marketing and technology. Prior to joining AFR, Bill held leadership positions at Bank of America most recently as the Senior Vice President, Application Programming Executive in Bank of America’s Home Loans technology organization where he supported both 1st mortgage and Home Equity business’. Bill has previously had roles as the Service Delivery Executive, Chief Technology and Chief Information Officer roles as well as Information Security Officer and Privacy Officer at a variety of Mortgage and Home Equity Banking institutions. Bill was a senior faculty member at Keller University (2001-2005) and he has served on boards for a variety of non-profit organizations. Amongst several other philanthropic endeavors, Bill is currently part of New York Aquarium’s volunteer scuba diving team and is the secretary for his condominium association in New Jersey. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, a BA in Economics from NYU, has been a certified project manager (PMP) since 1998 and also earned the GSEC designation from the SANS institute (2002-2004). He has completed the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business Bank of America Technology Development program (2010) and the Harvard University, Bank of America Executive Development Program (2012).

Inder is the Executive Vice President of Global Customer Success and Business Operations of Nutanix. He brings to the company 30 years of experience in the technology industry and a deep background of customer experience management, as well as strategic and operational expertise. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Planning for Worldwide Sales at Cisco, where he architected Cisco’s global go-to-market engine, which helped the company grow from $1 billion in annual revenue to $50 billion. He also co-led Cisco’s $16 billion Enterprise business, its $7 billion Emerging Countries business, and its 1,200-person digitally-driven Worldwide Professional Services business. Prior to Cisco, Inder was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, an engineer with Intel and an entrepreneur at Excelan, a successful Silicon Valley start-up. He is a frequently requested speaker, and has taught at Harvard, Stanford, The Wharton School at UPenn and UC Berkeley.
