Maureen Jules-Perez is a Vice President at Oath, Inc. She heads the IT Strategy and Transformation Department. She has led teams in the US, Canada, Brazil, Europe, Israel, Singapore, Japan and India. Maureen's background is in technical services and platforms, including quality assurance, product and web development, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise services, IT engineering, and mobility. She has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Information Systems.
She's most proud of advocating women and diversity talent in technology. She speaks at local IT and technology events championing youth development and apprenticeship, women advancement, and STEM programs. As a technologist, she holds two patents in enterprise mobility and was nominated for DC’s Best Technology Manager in 2015.
Previously, she was also the program lead for the Oath/Year Up internship program and received a Community Award. She’s a founding committee member and captain of Dulles Women’s Network, member of the Diversity Council, and appointed onto board of directors member to IAB Education’s iDiverse workforce development program.
She is married her soulmate and has a 7 year old son. She lives in Reston, VA and actively volunteers in her local community.
