During his award-winning career he built marketing campaigns that include a video series with almost one million YouTube views, content that 80% of customers engaged with the prior to signing deals, and a product launch that set records for passing sales targets.

Andrea Fiederer is Executive Vice President and CMO of goeasy Ltd., an alternative financial services company that operates through two business units, easyhome, Canada’s largest lease-to-own retailer and easyfinancial, a non-prime consumer lender that bridges the gap between traditional financial institutions and costly payday lenders. Andrea’s background includes a broad range of business expertise acquired in both management consulting having worked at BearingPoint, and through a variety of marketing roles that span the past 15 years. Over that time, Andrea has held progressively senior roles at some of Canada’s top organizations including TELUS, XM Satellite Radio and more recently Mobilicity. Andrea has a passion for the customer and developing great brands and innovative marketing campaigns while leading teams to do amazing things. In addition to Andrea’s Executive leadership role, she is also responsible for founding goeasy’s Women in Leadership program designed to help grow and develop female talent within the organization through mentorship, learning and networking. In 2016, Andrea was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Woman through the Women's Executive Network (WXN), Canada's leading organization dedicated to the advancement and recognition of women in management, executive, professional and board roles. Elizabeth Forsey is Director, Sales Practices & Controls at Scotiabank International Banking.
Elizabeth Forsey has over 20 years of Banking experience in multiple areas such as Human Resources, Product development, Customer Experience, Retail Segments and Sales Conduct.
Elizabeth joined Scotiabank Mexico in 1995 and moved to Scotiabank International Banking in Toronto in 2005. As part of Scotiabank International Banking, Elizabeth has led the implementation of customer experience models in different geographies including Central America, Peru and Chile. Elizabeth has also driven the design of CRM and other sales technologies to maximize sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
In her previous role as Vice President, Customer Experience Support, Elizabeth lead the governance and ongoing sustainment of Sales and Service models for Branch and Non-Branch Sales Force including the recognition and rewards programs.
In her current role as Director, Sales Practices & Control, Elizabeth is developing the sales conduct framework to mitigate reputational and operational risks while maximizing customer experience and sales productivity.

Chris is Vice President and Head of Marketing for Personal and Business Banking and a part-time instructor in the Lazaridis School of Business in Waterloo. He has held progressively senior roles in Product Management, Direct Channels and Marketing at TD and previously at Canadian Tire Bank. He holds degrees from Wilfrid Laurier, Queens and Cornell Universities. Passionate about giving back to the community, he was the first co-chair of the GenNext United Way movement at TD. He is a member of the Board of Lutherwood and the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre, organizations that champion children's mental health and leadership development. Chris lives in Cambridge with his partner Jess, a high-school History teacher, three kids Peyton, Parker and Paige (who teach fun and sleep deprivation).

Valerie has held leadership marketing roles for organizations ranging all the way from sustainability start-ups to Chatelaine to telecoms such as Bell and Virgin. A veteran of the digital world, she is a result-focused expert in ecommerce, digital advertising, UX/UI, social media, demand and lead generation, and marketing automation.
Val holds an MBA in Marketing. While not at work, she is a coach, hockey player and mom to four teens and a new puppy.

Linda Leatherdale is one of Canada’s leading financial journalists, who served as Money Editor for Sun Media, including the Toronto, Ottawa and Edmonton Suns, and gained a loyal following of readers. Linda was recently awarded a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal for her work, and is the recipient of many awards for her taxpayer/consumer crusades, retirement planning and real estate seminars and for being instrumental in getting legislation passed in her quest for a healthy, wealthy middle class. She is now Vice-President, Marketing and Business Development for Cambria Canada, a privately-held, family-owned, U.S.-based manufacturer of natural quartz surfaces and one of the fastest growing companies in North America, which is exporting its products globally. Cambria brand advocates have included supermodel Cheryl Tiegs, actor/author Mariel Hemingway, Linda’s good friend rockabilly legend Ronnie Hawkins, an Order of Canada recipient, and HGTV star Scott McGillivray. Linda can be heard every Saturday on the Roy Green Show on 11 talk radio stations on the Corus Radio Network across the country. She was host the popular Money Line TV Show and Linda’s Money Show. She was also a regular financial commentator on City TV’s Breakfast TV and on Global TV, and a contributor for numerous publications. She is author of best-selling book Money Is A Girl’s Best Friend and is working on two new books. She has sat on numerous boards, including the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, Credit Canada, Southside Shuffle, the Arthritis Society of Canada, and served as chair of the Bronte Business Improvement Area (BIA). She began her journalist career at the Orillia Packet & Times newspaper in her hometown, known as Stephen Leacock’s Mariposa, and now resides in Oakville. As Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Ramsey Mansour spearheads the development of Purolator’s long-term strategic plan and leads the company’s marketing and revenue teams. Ultimately, he is responsible for ensuring the company has the capabilities, services and experiences that best meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Before joining Purolator in 2011, Ramsey spent over 20 years in the transportation and logistics industry, leading various initiatives and teams in marketing; sales; strategy, mergers and acquisitions; and technology. His assignments were within North America, Europe and Asia.
A native of Canada, Mr. Mansour graduated from Concordia University with a BComm in finance and accounting. He later earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Joanna has over 15 years of hands-on experience in IT execution and implementation of large projects and products in the Financial Industry.
Prior to joining IGM, she was at Scotiabank, she and her team implemented various retail projects for Mexico and Latin America (Teller Platform, Mobile Wallet, Online Banking), as well as leading the merger and acquisition of the two large banks in Puerto Rico. Most recently at Scotiabank, she led the Branch Transformation initiatives, where she built and executed four separate digital labs focused on Mobile Application Development (Universal Banker, Branch Ambassadors, Frosh Week Account Opening, People and Places) for branches and enterprise. She joined Investors Group in December 2015 as AVP Digital Channels, and since then she has been focused on implementing pockets of Agile digital delivery in the recently merged IGM Financial organization.
She is a Certified Agile Leader (CAL1) and holds various certifications in Project and Product Management that helped her build a strong foundation for project delivery. She is also a Core Member for Toronto Agile Community and a constant advocate for Agile Adoption in various professional forums.
In addition, Joanna has been an instructor at University of Toronto SCS, teaching project management and business analysis courses, for almost 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from University of Bucharest.
