Carl is the Director of the Integrated Marketing Communications department at Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), spanning the areas of Digital Strategy & Operations, Strategy & Planning, Marketing Implementation and Creative. His 34-person team is responsible for partnering with the company’s strategic business units to develop and execute salient communications that resonate with target choosers. Carl previously held the position of Associate Marketing Director for the Home Professional Business where he was responsible for developing and implementing marketing and product innovation plans to ensure achievement of net sales, operating profit and market share objectives.
Carl is driven to develop communications that connect people with brands and develop products that define those brands for the people who depend on them. Through increasing and expanding responsibility, Carl’s experiences have molded him into a business and people manager, driven to exceed results for the businesses he has worked on, through the people with whom he has had the pleasure to work.
Prior to joining KCP, Carl served in expanding Brand Management roles at Newell Brands across their Baby, Cookware and Home Décor categories. He began his career in Advertising and is a two-time graduate of Penn State University, holding B.A., B.S. and MBA degrees.

Jo Ann is a purpose-driven executive and brings more than 25 years of marketing experience. She has a long track-record of delivering financial results and award-winning marketing programs that build sales and profitability for iconic brands in the B2B and B2C space. Jo Ann is currently serving as the CMO of The Honey Baked Ham Company. Formerly, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Interface, Inc., where she globalized the marketing team and brought forth a highly effective, integrated marketing approach resulting in five consecutive quarters of record financial performance. Prior to Interface, she was Vice President of Brand Marketing and Public Relations at Arby’s Restaurant Group resulting in a brand turnaround and 13 quarters of same sale growth. Prior to Arby’s, she spent 16 years at HoneyBaked Ham, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer. She also has owned her own marketing firm where she worked with Tropical Smoothie Café, Intercontinental Hotels Group and others.
Jo Ann has an MBA in International Business from Mercer University in Atlanta, and an undergraduate degree in Communication from Mississippi State University. She is an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University and Mercer University. She’s a passionate community volunteer and served as Vice Chair of the Arby’s Foundation, whose mission is to end childhood hunger.
Jo Ann’s work has been lauded by industry and community groups including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association, the National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential women, two AMY Awards from the American Marketing Association, a Mercury Award for radio advertising, a Phoenix Award from Shirley Franklin for community volunteerism, and a Silver Effie for advertising effectiveness. She was recognized in 2018 for the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association in Atlanta.
Jo Ann is the Past President of the 1,000-member AMA Atlanta chapter and has raised over $100,000 for student scholarships. She is a graduate of the 2012 Leadership Atlanta class and has served on the marketing board for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Zoo Atlanta, Fernbank and Crime Stoppers.
Jo Ann and her husband Mark live in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta with their daughter, Lily. They love to walk on the Belt-line with their French Bulldog, Gatsby.

Brad is a 23-year veteran of the Coca-Cola Company with extensive sales and marketing leadership experience. Most recently he served as Vice President of National Accounts in the Foodservice and On-Premise Division where he led cross-functional teams to deliver over $500 million in revenue from existing national account customers, as well as secured new business in the travel, healthcare, onsite foodservice, and specialty retail sectors. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Customer Marketing at Coca-Cola, and gained extensive marketing experience at Pizza Hut, Inc. and advertising agency account management experience at Bozell and The Joey Reiman Agency.
Brad is a skilled orator and facilitator and passionate about public speaking, consulting, advising, training, and teaching others who can benefit from his vast experiences and knowledge gained throughout his career. He currently serves as a part-time faculty member at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and will be teaching a marketing and branding class at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University this fall. He is also passionate about giving back to his community and currently serves on Executive Advisory Boards for both the Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia and Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. In addition, Brad has served on the Boards for the PMA/ANA and served as a keynote speaking at several industry conferences.
Brad earned his M.B.A. while working full-time at The Coca-Cola Company. He earlier earned a bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Georgia and served as President of the Advertising Club and led the UGA Student Advertising Campaign Competition team to a national championship.
