Carl is the Director of the Integrated Marketing Communications department at Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), spanning the areas of Digital Strategy & Operations, Strategy & Planning, Marketing Implementation and Creative. His 34-person team is responsible for partnering with the company’s strategic business units to develop and execute salient communications that resonate with target choosers. Carl previously held the position of Associate Marketing Director for the Home Professional Business where he was responsible for developing and implementing marketing and product innovation plans to ensure achievement of net sales, operating profit and market share objectives.
Carl is driven to develop communications that connect people with brands and develop products that define those brands for the people who depend on them. Through increasing and expanding responsibility, Carl’s experiences have molded him into a business and people manager, driven to exceed results for the businesses he has worked on, through the people with whom he has had the pleasure to work.
Prior to joining KCP, Carl served in expanding Brand Management roles at Newell Brands across their Baby, Cookware and Home Décor categories. He began his career in Advertising and is a two-time graduate of Penn State University, holding B.A., B.S. and MBA degrees.

Carmen D. Brown was born in Atlanta, GA to the parents of Harvey & Juanita Brown. She attended and graduated from the Dekalb County High School of Excellence, Redan High School in Stone Mountain, GA. From early on Carmen has been passionate in her work, family focused and dedicated to not only giving back to the community but, also making it a better place to live, learn, laugh and enjoy life.
Following graduation from high school Carmen attended and graduated from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN with a BA in Sports Medicine & Political Science. While at Tusculum College she served as the Student Government Association President, Senior Class President and Pioneer Ambassador. Carmen holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as, a Six Sigma Green Belt-Business degree from Villanova University. Most recently Carmen earned a certificate of Business Management from the distinguished Harvard Business School.
Carmen has worked for multiple Fortune 100 companies as a Project Manager focusing on mass Marketing, Brand Management, and helping her clients move to the next level. She has also served as Adjunct Teacher for Georgia Perimeter College teaching English 100 to college freshman. Currently, Carmen is the Vice President for Wholesale Marketing with SunTrust Banks, Inc. and has a range of responsibilities that are as diverse as her training and experience. Staying active Carmen volunteers with the SunTrust Women’s Network as well as the SunTrust African American Network. Carmen continues to give back to her community by participating in Junior Achievement and Every Woman Works providing life skills and job readiness.
Carmen was recently elected to the Cobb Works Literacy Advisory Board. Currently she sits on the Berean Seventh Day Adventist Church Clerk Board helping individuals who desire to gain a relationship with a higher power. In addition, Ms. Brown is also a member of the ANA; The Association of National Advertisers.
When she isn’t working, you can find her out in the community mentoring to young men and women through motivational speaking events focusing on life balance, professionalism in the workplace and how to prepare yourself for the best that you can be.

Jo Ann is a purpose-driven executive and brings more than 25 years of marketing experience. She has a long track-record of delivering financial results and award-winning marketing programs that build sales and profitability for iconic brands in the B2B and B2C space. Jo Ann is currently serving as the CMO of The Honey Baked Ham Company. Formerly, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Interface, Inc., where she globalized the marketing team and brought forth a highly effective, integrated marketing approach resulting in five consecutive quarters of record financial performance. Prior to Interface, she was Vice President of Brand Marketing and Public Relations at Arby’s Restaurant Group resulting in a brand turnaround and 13 quarters of same sale growth. Prior to Arby’s, she spent 16 years at HoneyBaked Ham, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer. She also has owned her own marketing firm where she worked with Tropical Smoothie Café, Intercontinental Hotels Group and others.
Jo Ann has an MBA in International Business from Mercer University in Atlanta, and an undergraduate degree in Communication from Mississippi State University. She is an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University and Mercer University. She’s a passionate community volunteer and served as Vice Chair of the Arby’s Foundation, whose mission is to end childhood hunger.
Jo Ann’s work has been lauded by industry and community groups including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association, the National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential women, two AMY Awards from the American Marketing Association, a Mercury Award for radio advertising, a Phoenix Award from Shirley Franklin for community volunteerism, and a Silver Effie for advertising effectiveness. She was recognized in 2018 for the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association in Atlanta.
Jo Ann is the Past President of the 1,000-member AMA Atlanta chapter and has raised over $100,000 for student scholarships. She is a graduate of the 2012 Leadership Atlanta class and has served on the marketing board for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Zoo Atlanta, Fernbank and Crime Stoppers.
Jo Ann and her husband Mark live in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta with their daughter, Lily. They love to walk on the Belt-line with their French Bulldog, Gatsby.

Prior to joining Elavon, Tia worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), where she was responsible for developing and managing the marketing strategy for five global strategic partnerships through IHG’s loyalty program. After spending nearly two decade working in marketing and Public Relations for multimillion dollar brands, such as IHG, GE capital and Macy’s, Tia knows what truly drives conversions, delivers new opportunities and influences market behavior. As a marketing executive, Irma brings solid experience from various retail, foodservice and strategic divisions of The Coca-Cola Company, her current role as SVP, Strategic Marketing and Alliances with American Cancer Society and various board positions. Marketing is at her core: Irma has a keen strategic mind, she gets to breakthrough with ease, and formulates and executes clear game plans to address consumer, customer and stakeholder needs. At ACS, she led the development of an integrated marketing campaign that drove 29% incremental revenue growth.
As a sales leader, Irma translates customer needs, marketing and commercial strategies into strong execution plans to drive organization growth. She has accomplished multimillion dollar commercial initiatives in her career including leading the strategic partnership between Delta Air Lines and The Coca-Cola Company to provide optimal inflight beverages and joint marketing efforts globally. She led an integrated multifaceted campaign with Lyft to provide critical patient services as well as marketing revenue.
As a business executive, Irma is at her best when she impacts global brands and organizations through her leadership, decision making and work with key stakeholders in the brand’s and organization’s ecosystem. Fred has over 20 years of Sales, and Sales Management experience in High Technology. He has been a catalyst for successful Marketing and Business Development initiatives, including building and reorganizing organizations for sustained growth.
Currently, Fred leads the South Market Unit for the Customer Experience Line of Business within SAP, responsible for all Demand Chain applications; Commerce to Marketing to CRM. Under his guidance, the South Market Unit became the top performing region globally and experienced triple digit revenue growth year over year, from 2016 to present. Additionally, Fred has been instrumental in delivering new highs in Leadership Trust, Employee Engagement, and Business Health Culture Index to the business.
Prior to the South MU, Fred ran the Strategic Industries Business Unit, including the Retail, Financial Services, and Regulated Industries. During his tenure, he helped drive double digit growth, secure key wins in emerging industries, and navigate the shift from on premise to cloud first strategy.
Previous to joining SAP, Fred held several global Sales and Leadership positions within Enterprise Technology providers like Oracle, Intradiem, and IKON.
Fred earned a B.S in Accounting from Clemson University, and currently lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife Kimberly, and daughters, Ashlynd and Austin. He is actively involved in the community as a Board Member of The Kyle Pease Foundation, a youth coach with Mount Pisgah Christian School, and a volunteer with The High Tech Ministries and Camp Sunshine organizations.

Tita Stewart is the Regional Vice President of Marketing for Amerigroup Georgia. Stewart, joined Amerigroup in 2005 and has spent the last 11 years overseeing the communication, acquisition and retention for members throughout the state of Georgia. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving topline enrollment growth and increasing market share. She develops and leads the strategic marketing plan for the market that includes all branding and community outreach objectives and strategies. During her tenure with Amerigroup, Stewart has also played a significant role in assisting in the development of Medicaid expansion markets including Louisiana, West Virginia, South Carolina, Nevada, Iowa, North Carolina, Mississippi and Kentucky. Ms. Stewart also serves as the Co-Chair of the Anthem WIN program and was selected to be a part of the Anthem Leadership Development Program- SOAR.
Prior to joining Amerigroup, Ms. Stewart served as the executive director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. In that position, she was responsible for policy making, operations management, creation and administration of operating budget and fiscal reporting. She also recruited, trained, evaluated and supervised all staff, while sustaining an employee retention rate of 100 percent for two consecutive years.
Ms. Stewart currently serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Metropolitan College Foundation Board and also serves on the Governor’s Commission on Women. She is a graduate of Savannah State University in Savannah, Ga., and holds a master’s in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Brad is a 23-year veteran of the Coca-Cola Company with extensive sales and marketing leadership experience. Most recently he served as Vice President of National Accounts in the Foodservice and On-Premise Division where he led cross-functional teams to deliver over $500 million in revenue from existing national account customers, as well as secured new business in the travel, healthcare, onsite foodservice, and specialty retail sectors. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Customer Marketing at Coca-Cola, and gained extensive marketing experience at Pizza Hut, Inc. and advertising agency account management experience at Bozell and The Joey Reiman Agency.
Brad is a skilled orator and facilitator and passionate about public speaking, consulting, advising, training, and teaching others who can benefit from his vast experiences and knowledge gained throughout his career. He currently serves as a part-time faculty member at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and will be teaching a marketing and branding class at the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University this fall. He is also passionate about giving back to his community and currently serves on Executive Advisory Boards for both the Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia and Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. In addition, Brad has served on the Boards for the PMA/ANA and served as a keynote speaking at several industry conferences.
Brad earned his M.B.A. while working full-time at The Coca-Cola Company. He earlier earned a bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Georgia and served as President of the Advertising Club and led the UGA Student Advertising Campaign Competition team to a national championship.

Bar has over 18 years of technical leadership experience in start-ups and global enterprises creating and managing digital solutions, ranging from marketing and media to industrial internet and supply chain. He is an evangelist of digital transformation using lean product management, design thinking and agile and devops practices to rapidly build value-add digital portfolios, products and services.
Bar currently leads a digital marketing strategy and design group inside GE, and manages most of GE’s external web properties in addition to marketing tools. His previous roles at GE included building IoT software platforms to drive productivity gains and improve financial performance on service contracts and asset management. Prior to GE, Bar developed platform services for a new SaaS product line built and operated entirely on Amazon Web Services as well as digital marketing and media service products geared to the engineering and scientific community.
Bar holds both a MBA and Master of Science in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife, and outside of work enjoys traveling with his family, running road races and continually honing his digital photography skills.
