Anthony was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Upserve, where he grew the organization since its inception in 2009 to process and provide analytics for over $5 billion in payments annually. Prior to Upserve, Anthony helped to create Tellme Networks in 1999, subsequently acquired by Microsoft in 2007. He served as Chief Architect for Tellme’s VoIP voice application platform, proven to handle millions of phone calls a day with carrier-grade reliability.
Anthony holds Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. degrees from MIT. His published research contributions span multiple disciplines, including speech processing, high availability, and optics

Don Anderson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Federal Reserve System's Financial Management Technology services, the Bank’s IT function, Real Estate Services, and Law Enforcement units. Don is currently a member of the Bank's Executive Committee and represents the Bank on the System's CIO committee.
In 2017, Don was awarded the Boston CIO of the Year ORBiE award by the Boston CIO Leadership Association. He is a frequent speaker on Cyber Security, Financial Technology and Digital Transformation, has appeared on CNBC, and is often quoted in media sources.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Don was a senior consultant with Hewlett Packard (HP) Enterprise focused on the development and execution of IT transformation strategies for Fortune 500 companies. While at HP, Don successfully managed a number of multi-million dollar international programs.
He holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Bentley University, is a founding member of the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC), a Board Member of the Boston CIO Leadership Association and Wall Street Technology Association (WTSA) and is an active member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council (DFLC).

Eduardo Fabiano is the Global Head of Information Services for Marketing and Strategy, at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
Mr. Fabiano is based in Rockland, MA, USA, and provides leadership for the continued deployment of IT Solutions that create business value. The primary responsibilities for his office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology solutions, including Patient Support, Analytics, Web, Market Access & Pricing, and support for the Oncology and Neurology & Immunology Franchises at globally.
Mr. Fabiano spent the last 20 years at EMD Serono (the US Subsidiary of Merck KGaA Darmstadt, Germany), where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including Head of Information Services for North America at EMD Serono, Director of Information Services for the United States at EMD Serono, and Director of Information Services for Argentina at Serono.
Eduardo holds an MBA in Computer Science at Bentley University, in Massachusetts. His hobbies include playing soccer, and riding motorcycles.

A seasoned creative lead with a proven success record in driving innovation within large corporations, Evan Gerber is currently VP of digital strategy for Fidelity Investments. In this role, Evan is both manager and hands on practitioner leading the research, design, and creative development of multiple products focused on emerging technologies for Fidelity, including speech based interfaces and ML driven individualization across mobile, web, voice, and call center platforms.
Prior to this role, Evan headed up a UX team for a leading agency in San Francisco, ensuring that a broad array of clients, from leading millennial brands to established financial players, were creating and executing on award winning mobile and web projects, as well as tech heavy and cross channel efforts.
Evan is a well known writer and speaker, including such high profile venues as Forbes Magazine, the Mobile World Congress, and Ad:Tech. Lee Green is Chief Architect for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the largest insurer in Massachusetts with approximately 2.8 million members and policyholders. Mr. Green is also an active member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield National Network of Architects and Innovation.
Prior to his move to Boston and joining Blue Cross of MA in 2016, Mr. Green spent 8 years leading Architecture and Information Management for NASCO, an organization providing core Back Office Payer platforms and capabilities to multiple BCBS plans. Mr. Green also spent 15 years consulting for both Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in areas of Data and Technology.

Prior to joining Bain he spent time with Dell SecureWorks partnering with organizations to mature all aspects of their information security programs. Don’t believe the hype; there is no one thing called Artificial Intelligence, and no one product that is going to magically transform your customer’s experience across mobile, web, assistant, and call center channels.
In reality, AI is largely a collection of technologies and capabilities centered around big bodies of data, math to crunch the numbers, and smarter touchpoints across a user journey.
