Daniel Allocca leads Marketing Automation, Email Marketing and Analytics for Nuveen where he is a Managing Director of Marketing in the New York Office. He is responsible for driving a cohesive demand generation and analytics strategy in addition to leading business management and other operating functions. Prior to Nuveen, Daniel worked in marketing roles at PIMCO and Morgan Stanley.
Daniel holds two undergraduate degrees in Finance and Audio Engineering and also earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
When not working, Daniel enjoys time with his wife and three kids, fast cars and quality music.

Jason is the Global Head of Marketing for Bloomberg’s multi-billion dollar Financial Products division which includes Bloomberg’s flagship product, the Bloomberg Professional service (a.k.a. the Bloomberg Terminal), as well as the Enterprise Data, Order Management and Tradebook solution areas. In this role, Jason is responsible for delivering results driven Marketing strategies to promote the Bloomberg brand, engage with our network of over 300,000 customers and drive prospect acquisition and expansion opportunities around the world.
In addition to leading the Marketing efforts across Bloomberg’s Financial Products businesses, Jason has also been instrumental in helping to build Bloomberg’s marketing department since its inception in 2009. This includes implementing a global planning framework, helping to integrate marketing automation systems with Bloomberg’s proprietary technology, enhancing the department’s reporting capabilities and educating senior leaders on the impact and value that Marketing can deliver for the business through a variety of results driven initiatives.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Jason was a Marketing Director for the IBM brand account at the global advertising agency Ogilvy and Mather. There he was responsible for promoting the IBM brand through multiple advertising and demand gen channels globally as well as driving IBM’s sponsoring marketing efforts in partnership with the NFL, PGA Tour, the Masters and US Tennis Association.
Before joining Ogilvy and Mather, Jason worked for IBM in their Corporate Communications division focusing on external media relations and sponsorship marketing.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Delaware. He is also on the board of the NY chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA).
He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters.

Brian conceived and created the Brand Newsroom for Chase. In this role, he coordinated company-wide content strategy and operations, including managing customer engagement programs and redefining business objectives towards more modern marketing. In his time at Chase, he has cultivated new campaigns, formed relationships with new media partners and worked across over 12 internal teams. He also creates and manages governance models and works internally to advocate for the research, production and distribution of digital content to modernize the organization’s approach to marketing. Brian is transitioning into a Communications role at chase to help modernize both internal and external communications.
Prior to working at JPMorgan Chase, Brian held various roles at Thomson Reuters, including Head of Product Management for the Wealth Management Business, managing products that touched 800+ retail investment sites and 225k+ financial advisor desktops and in a separate role, established and grew a mobile product delivery team. Brian has his MBA from NYU and undergrad from Penn State and 4 children with his wife Jen.

Joe Cohen serves as Chief Communications Officer at AXIS Capital (NYSE: AXS), an international leader in specialty insurance and reinsurance. Mr. Cohen oversees global external and internal communications across the Company’s more than 30 locations throughout 14 countries and four continents.
Mr. Cohen is an industry-recognized communications leader who brings nearly two decades of experience helping brands and organizations establish cultural relevance and drive business growth through B2C and B2B public relations.
Prior to joining AXIS, Mr. Cohen served as SVP of Communications for KIND Healthy Snacks, where he was responsible for guiding the Company’s communications strategy and leading its in-house team. In this role, he helped grow the Company’s brand communications, reputation management, health and wellness advocacy, and issues management functions.
Previously, he spent 15 years at the MWW public relations firm where he rose to become SVP. Mr. Cohen served as a senior member of the agency’s consumer marketing and corporate communications practices, where he helped advance department strategy, staff development and drive new business growth while overseeing a number of the Company’s flagship accounts.
Mr. Cohen’s brand experience includes Hillshire Farm (Ball Park Franks, Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee), Zumba Fitness, Gold’s Gym, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, The Palm Restaurant Group, McDonald’s, Frito-Lay (Tostitos brand), Deloitte, and Trans World Entertainment Corporation, among many others.

Maria has experience in dynamic industries, starting in health care and transitioning to financial services. Beyond brand management and marketing communications, she gained experience in industry consolidation and merger and acquisitions.

She has worked in many markets including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, UK, and Venezuela. She has been based in Seoul, HK, Rome, London, Miami, and NY during her career. Much of this was with AIG in various roles, most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer for UK and Ireland, as well as Global Head of Direct to Consumer for MetLife, and with Zurich focused on microinsurance. The channels include digital, bancassurance, call centers, direct mail, mobile, over the counter and face2face sales.
Hallie has been a Board member of the Direct Marketing Association, Financial Services Committee in UK; the Financial Services Forum Insurance Board; and, the Journal of Brand Strategy; and been a guest professor at Colombia University School of Business, as well as a mentor to students from her alma mater, American University.
