Mr. Pranesh Anthapur joined Uber about 7 months ago as VP of HR, supporting several business lines. He is currently building his team and providing leadership for the culture turn-around efforts in the company. He is based in San Francisco.
Prior to Uber, Pranesh served as the first Chief People Officer at Nutanix Inc. for over two and half years. As the first CPO at Nutanix, he scaled the company from 500+ to over 3000+ people globally, built the People team and introduced several people processes including their first performance review process. He was also a member of the executive team that took the company to a successful public listing in 2016.
Prior to Nutanix, Pranesh served as the Vice President of HR at Walmart eCommerce, where he helped develop the Walmart Labs brand, building the division's talent channels and capabilities on a global scale for more than two years. He held various positions in HR and in Business Operations over 13 years at Yahoo!.
Pranesh studied Engineering followed by a Masters in Management Studies from India.

She previously spent five years as Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer with McKesson, where she designed and executed compliance strategy for the $137 billion Fortune 5 company’s most profitable business unit with $90 billion in revenues and 6,500 employees in 40 international locations. Here she led implementation of a five-year strategic plan that reduced risk, improved operational efficiency, and increased employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked for eleven years with Fireman’s Fund (a subsidiary of Allianz) where she managed a $2 million budget and directed HR and employment law strategy. She brings this wealth of “in the trenches” experience in service to organizations, understanding the challenges today’s leaders face on a daily basis.
Amii holds a BA in English from Tufts University, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. She has served on multiple non-profit boards, including currently as a Leadership Committee Member with 2020 Women on Boards. Previously, Liane was the Chief Administrative Officer & Operating Partner of Softbank Group International, where she helped a number of portfolio companies hire diverse and high performing employees. Before SoftBank, Liane spent nearly a decade at Google, where she led People Operations for Global Business, and became Google's first female Vice President in HR. During her Google tenure, she worked directly with Nikesh Arora, the company's Chief Business Officer, and Omid Kordestani, a senior advisor, as she grew and inspired some of the largest teams across multiple offices.

Eric Hunn is Vice President of People for Post's active nutrition brands, which includes PowerBar and Premier Protein among others. He oversees the people teams for a diverse and fast-growing category of brands based in North America and Europe.
Prior to that he was the co-interim Head of Global Human Resources for Whole Foods Market, and the Head of Human Resources for Whole Foods Market, California Inc. where he oversaw the HR, learning & development, recruiting, and legal functions for 9,000-employees. At Whole Foods he launched a company-wide initiative to replace the annual performance review with a lightweight, quarterly, and theme-based series of development-focused conversations. He also led an initiative to improve the front-line employee experience for all 90,000 employees by creating a number of new employee commitments, including allowing any store employee to get two days off in a row and ending so-called ‘open availability’ schedules to better balance employees’ personal lives with work.
Prior to joining Whole Foods, he was the Director of Human Resources for Ghirardelli Chocolate. Eric began his career as a Presidential Management Fellow working in the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). His first foray into human resources began at OMB where he was the liaison between the White House and the newly formed Department of Homeland Security. From there he moved into management consulting for federal agencies working on designing human capital and performance management initiatives.
Eric is passionate about flexible workplaces and tries to bring high-freedom workplace practices more often associated with the tech sector to CPG and retail organizations. He believes in finding creative ways to make work feel less like work so employees can show up as themselves and not feel the need to put on their work persona.
Eric lives in Lafayette, California with his wife and two young sons. He is currently the Chairman of the Contra Costa County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission, as well as a leader for his eldest son's Cub Scout Den.

InaMarie Johnson is senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer at Plantronics. In this role, she supports the company's broad business objectives and sets strategic direction for people and culture to drive innovation and growth.
Johnson joined Plantronics in 2015 and has over twenty years of experience in human resources leadership. Previously, she was senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer at UTi Worldwide, a $4 billion non-asset-based supply chain management company with more than 370 offices in over sixty countries. During her four years with UTi, she and her team established engagement and development programs at all levels of the company along with change management tools. She spent a decade at Honeywell, where she provided human resources leadership for the transportation systems and specialty materials divisions, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee and labor relations, staffing, learning and diversity. She also held various human resources leadership positions for six years at The Clorox Company.

Julia Méndez is Principal Business Consultant for the Workforce Compliance and Diversity Solutions division and a team member of the Peoplefluent Research Institute. She is based out of the New Orleans office. Ms. Méndez’s current duties include overseeing the training programs for customers as well as creating content and delivering training in areas such as equal employment opportunity (EEO), affirmative action (AA) compliance, and diversity. She also has over 20 years of experience in assisting clients through OFCCP compliance reviews, and offering technical assistance both to clients and internal customers. She has also been invited to speak at national, regional and local conferences on topics such as recruiter compliance with AAPs, regulatory requirements for veterans, and individuals with disabilities, updates on EEO laws and settlements, as well as recognizing unconscious bias and other diversity topics.

Jen Stroud is an HR Evangelist and Transformation Leader at ServiceNow. In her role, Jen communicates the HR service delivery value proposition to HR leaders and teams, is a trusted HR customer advisor and works with organizations to identify opportunities to elevate their employee service experience. This transformation initiative boosted employee satisfaction scores by over 50% and enabled her team to reduce headcount costs by $1.6M and achieve an overall ROI of approximately $7.4M.

Creating workplaces that foster innovation and productivity to drive bottom line results is a central concern for every CHRO. Yet so many people today would say that it is not easy to be an employee in their organization and certainly far from frictionless. In their outside lives, employees live in a world where it’s easy to get things done and services experiences are often not only just ok, but delightful. How would the employee experience be different if we treated our employees the same way we treat our customers? What if we put the employee at the center of our HR strategies? In this discussion, we will discuss approaches to reimagining the employee service experience so that our greatest asset, our employees, can get back to the business of moving our organizations forward.
