Scotty is Head of Online Marketing & E-Commerce at Stila Cosmetics, where he has driven the strategy and growth for Stila’s direct to consumer business since 2012.
Scotty is a digital marketing and e-commerce expert with 19 years of successful experience in driving significant revenue, profit and growth for start-ups, mid-level brands and large public companies across multiple industries, giving him the unique ability to provide insightful and useful perspectives on all things digital that apply to all e-commerce businesses.
In his current role, Scotty owns and oversees Stila Cosmetics’ e-commerce business including customer acquisition, customer retention, loyalty/CRM, social media marketing, merchandising, content, creative, analytics, UX, UI and every touchpoint across the entire online customer experience.
Prior to Stila Cosmetics, Scotty has held senior-level digital marketing and e-commerce roles at Outlook Amusements, LowerMyBills.com and Evite. Scotty earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Originally from Boston, Scotty lives in Los Angeles and is highly active in LA’s growing community of digital marketers and e-commerce executives.
