Argyle Executive Forum surveyed members from its Customer Care community throughout the first quarter of 2014 to explore top concerns, emerging trends, and how leading executives anticipate industry changes affecting their businesses.
Survey results indicate that retention and loyalty efforts will be the main focus for Customer Care executives this year, as 32% of the polled executives voted that this will take precedence over both experience & design initiatives and the implementation of consumer insight/VOC programs.
