Keynote Session: "From Hate to Heart - Driving Love For Your Global Business Critical Marketing Processes by Leveraging a Few Simple Brand-Building Basics"

Our people were clear: our approach to brand building needed significant revision; it had become outdated due to gaps in accessibility, usability, and fit with the way teams were working to navigate the changing consumer, media and industry landscape. 

We overhauled the process in response to our global marketing community’s input, and elevated it to reflect the ABI way of life with an emphasis on high-performance, creative thought-leadership and strategic excellence.  In doing so, we established a series of guiding principles that explain how we have reshaped our marketing excellence program and why.  As a result of our work to date, our business critical marketing processes are significantly simpler, more efficient, and tied to behaviors we believe will drive marketing success. 

The presentation will discuss an overview of how we used brand building basics to overhaul the process; and leveraged basic consumer marketing principles to drive global alignment, engagement and advocacy for our new ways of working.
