Argyle Forum is bringing together leading e-commerce, marketing and IT executives for our annual E-Commerce Forum in Los Angeles. The Honest Company uses Domo to optimize acquisition for both its e-commerce and wholesale businesses. In this talk we will explore some of the pain points of an e-commerce first, omni-channel business, from data silos and lack of collaboration to inefficient use of analyst resources. We will ultimately show how The Honest Company went from being reactive to using data to be proactive. We will explore how we use predictive modeling to provide actionable insights and how we are shaping our culture around data collaboration.
