Keynote Presentation: "Does Finance's value discipline promote growth from within more than increasing luck that favors the bold? An M&A advisor-turned-CFO's lessons learned on M&A, organic growth, and organizational effectiveness."

Various constraints limit corporate growth through organic means.  Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures bring greater market share and more assets to bear but often fall short of expectations.  To successfully manage these and other challenges, CFOs are increasingly being called upon to deploy fundamental skills and respond as strategic partners, much deeper than just strategy and the ability to effectively communicate financial acumen and knowledge.
