2018 Technology Innovation in Healthcare

New York, NY - Apr 04, 2018

Overview

“Cultivating Disruption: Technologies and Innovation Driving Healthcare Forward”

As technology continues to disrupt leading organizations in profound ways, healthcare is no exception. The current digital landscape requires proactive exploration and experimentation. This includes a unique mix of external focus, internal incubation, and capability development. This trifecta essentially creates the context for smart risk-taking and is the foundation of a culture of innovation. This may also be the only real way to navigate - and drive - disruption.
To explore these topics and more, Argyle Executive Forum is bringing together senior technology executives at our 2018 Technology Innovation in Healthcare Forum in New York City. Throughout a full day of content and networking, we will focus on the most pressing issues that technology executives are tackling within the healthcare landscape, with an agenda geared specifically towards CIOs, CDOs, CTOs and CISOs, as well as digital, analytics, technology and data VPs and Directors in a leadership role. Topics covered by our speaking faculty will include:

  • Bringing the outside in, then scaling it up - external partnerships and collaboration are essential for innovation in today's world.
  • Exploring various ways how technology drives innovation.
  • Taking a deep dive into the underlying game of changing innovations that aid in solving real problems, defining creative new business models, and taking solutions to market
  • Proactively implementing a security strategy for connected medical devices
  • Leveraging data to shift and improve healthcare administration processes and customer experience
  • Preparing for the next wave of healthcare regulation and examining the long term business implications

Our keynote presentations, fireside chats, panel sessions, and networking breaks will enable candid discussions with your peers focused on these topics and more. We look forward to bringing together another fantastic faculty in 2018, and to hosting you alongside our community of Fortune 500 healthcare and technology leaders from the heart of New York City and beyond!

Thought Leadership Spotlight: "Innovation is the Key to Transform the Healthcare Industry"

Innovation can solve many of our most pressing healthcare problems by transforming lives, preventing disease, restoring people to full health and making the healthcare delivery system more efficient. Technology has a major role to play in this industry especially as it relates to increasing the overall ROI and simplifying the complexity of IT infrastructure that continues to get stretched due to increasing workloads from myriad of applications. EMR, PACs, regulatory and security requirements are just few of the examples that continue to push the envelope of existing IT infrastructure. More and more healthcare organizations are looking at a cloud-based consumption model to deliver mission-critical applications that will transform major aspects of their business – foster rapid innovation, impactful patient engagement, and yes even laying the foundation for the emerging wave of artificial intelligence.
