The presentation explores adaptive Virtual Reality (VR) technology applications for simulated training in the context of developing intercultural competence and discusses implications for HR. In the era of innovative technologies, understanding the intersection of human and machine interaction will be critical to successfully transform organizations into the age of Artificial Intelligence. The participants will experience a sample of adaptive VR-based simulated training aimed at developing intercultural competence and will be introduced non-invasive biometric data applications in HR-assessment. Implications of biometrics for HR analytics will also be discussed.
