Thought Leadership Spotlight featuring American Management Association: "How the Internet has Affected Today's Learner"

Because of the rapid pace of business and life in general, today’s workers are taking it upon themselves to search out their own skill development.  Learning organizations are embracing the idea of “learner-centric” learning to off-set tighter budgets, smaller staff’s, and increased priorities.  However, many are not thinking through the consequences of such a strategy.  American Management Association (AMA) will share insight from research conducted by Yale University who looked at the impact of self-selected learning as well as discuss how to maximize the impact of this learning strategy.
