Managing the Modern Day Deal in a Complex Landscape

New York, NY - Dec 13, 2018

Overview

As we move in to 2019, M&A executives are gearing up for another year that will likely largely impact deal activity. M&A executives must balance acting as strategic enabler, focusing on deal execution and organizational growth, while also staying nimble to challenges like operational considerations, fluctuating financial conditions, procedural and regulatory changes from the US political administration, and the changing global landscape.

Argyle, in partnership with S&P Global Market Intelligence, is bringing together strategy, corporate development, M&A and corporate divestitures professionals to discuss the complex deal landscape coming in 2019 and how we, as leaders, can effectively tackle these challenges.

Topics to be discussed may include but are not limited to:

• Identifying, sourcing, analyzing and executing the most valuable deals
• Biggest challenges in the deal making landscape (both domestic and global)
• Assessing and mitigating risk in real time
• The impact of changing regulatory policies and tax reforms
• Leveraging emerging technology capabilities and associated employee skillsets for more sound evaluation and execution
